I’m so sad because I haven’t been able to write as much as I’d like to now that school has started. School’s been tough and I’ve neglected this blog a lot. And I’ve also neglected my other online ventures a lot too. First semester is half-over so I thought I’d get a look at my goals and see how well I’ve done.
School resolutions
- 4.0 this semester Nope, not gonna happen, grades suck this semester
- Save money like no other Unfortunately, a parking ticket took that goal down the drain
- Don’t eat out so much, make my own food I’m doing better, but I still could be eating in a lot more
- Get a respectable looking place, not too messy I clean it so I think I’ve got this one down
Business resolutions
- Work on my dropshipping website (so far I’m still working on getting all the products online) No sales yet, but I’m working on it
- Get my first sale (on the aforementioned website) Again, look above
- Work on marketing my e-book Nope, gonna drop this venture. No good.
Personal resolutions
- Get a girlfriend (I’m lonely as fuck right now, I need some excitement!) YESS, I have a girlfriend right now and we are doing well! I attribute her as the reason why the rest of my goals didn’t go so well.
So what is the verdict?
True that I didn’t finish a lot of my goals, but I do not regret how I am living now. I love my girlfriend and although she is quite the bank breaker so far, it’s all worth it. Can you really put a price on getting laid regularly? Definitely not, especially if you haven’t had sex for over 6 months.
Now that me and the girlfriend are more settled in with each other and not spending every waking second of our lives together, I’m going to have more time to devote to other things and this is going to be great. Even I think we’ve been spending a little bit too much time together.
So here are some more goals.
- I’m buying a computer off debt so I have to pay off the computer
- Get that FIRST SALE
- Work at least 2 hours a day on my websites
- Keep UniversityDude active
- Stay with my current girlfriend? (a kind of eh… goal here)
- Eat 5 meals a week at home
Beamer. Out.

I’ve found that the simple purchase of a george foreman grill has made eating at home much more enjoyable. I feel like a chef throwing burgers, chicken, fish, and even some veggies on the foreman grill. Plus, can’t beat eating healthy!
